Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models designed for the next decade of technological advancement.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex theoretical research into market-ready, high-performance products.
- Optimize neural network architectures for efficiency, accuracy, and energy consumption.
- Present research findings to stakeholders and technical audiences, influencing the strategic direction of our roadmap.
- Contribute to the development of proprietary datasets and tools that push the boundaries of machine learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Research.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to publish in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or open-source communities.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
