Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Search Strategy: Lead the development and execution of long-term SEO roadmaps that anticipate trends in AI, voice search, and semantic indexing.
- AI & Content Integration: Oversee the integration of AI tools into content workflows, ensuring quality and relevance while adhering to E-E-A-T principles.
- Technical SEO Architecture: Spearhead technical improvements to enhance Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and structured data markup for complex schemas.
- Zero-Click Optimization: Optimize for "answer engine" results, maximizing visibility on featured snippets and Google's SGE (Search Generative Experience).
- Competitor Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor strategies, specifically focusing on their adoption of emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive SEO experience, with a proven track record of driving organic growth in competitive markets.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR/SSG) for optimal crawling.
- Data Analysis: Advanced skills in Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and SQL for data-driven decision making.
