Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architecture: Develop scalable system blueprints that integrate emerging AI technologies and cloud-native solutions for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead Infrastructure Strategy: Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy systems to next-generation microservices architecture.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data in a decentralized web environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical realities.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and refine system performance to ensure zero-latency user experiences.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior architects and engineers in best practices for modern web development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, backend development, and cloud computing.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure.
- AI Integration: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their integration into production systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed system issues under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
