Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Execution: Define and drive the technical vision and execution strategy for the 2026 product lifecycle, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Next-Gen Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, resilient cloud architectures utilizing AI and predictive analytics.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior engineers and fostering professional growth across the department.
- Innovation & R&D: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies, assessing their viability for integration into core products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain best practices for code quality, security, and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with proven experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI & Data: Strong background in Machine Learning pipelines, data engineering, and large-scale data processing.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading distributed teams and managing complex technical projects from inception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate technical debt while delivering value.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
