Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic vision across product, tech, and sustainability domains
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Architect cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and design teams
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethical AI implementation and future-proofing initiatives
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on thought leadership
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our internal incubator program
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or tech product leadership
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Proven track record scaling products to $100M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (Web4, biocomputing, decentralized systems)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., MFSc from University of Houston)
