- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with global teams to align on future-state visions
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight or innovation journals
- Master's degree in Business Strategy, Technology, or Futures Studies
