Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast 2026 market impacts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for client innovation initiatives with 3-5 year horizons
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future disruption risks
- Design and execute proof-of-concept projects for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to stakeholders using advanced visualization tools
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Social Sciences (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of executing high-impact strategic initiatives
- Exceptional data storytelling and presentation skills (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience with agile transformation and rapid prototyping
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
