Qualifications

- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit, D-Wave) or advanced AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proven track record in designing fault-tolerant systems for mission-critical deployments
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
