Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for 2026 and beyond, focusing on AI-driven automation and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Lead the design and implementation of microservices architectures capable of handling high-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI models into our core product ecosystem.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system integrity and security compliance.
- Prototype emerging technologies to validate their viability for future product integration.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Experience implementing AI/ML pipelines and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
