Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design robust software architectures capable of scaling to meet the demands of the 2026 tech landscape, including AI integration and edge computing.
- Lead Innovation Roadmaps: Collaborate with R&D teams to identify emerging technologies and define technical roadmaps for the next decade.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure all systems comply with future regulatory standards.
- Performance Optimization: Drive the optimization of system latency, throughput, and resource utilization to support real-time data processing.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, blockchain basics, or quantum computing concepts is a major plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and make high-impact technical decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
