Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI integration, edge computing, and quantum-resistant security protocols.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a diverse team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Design: Design scalable, high-performance cloud-native architectures using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies and prototype viable solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Process Optimization: Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to accelerate delivery cycles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern cloud infrastructure. Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term and architect systems that can evolve with market demands.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered system issues under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
