Responsibilities

- Lead the Horizon Initiative: Spearhead the R&D roadmap, identifying emerging technologies that will define the next era of software development.
- Strategic Implementation: Oversee the transition of experimental prototypes into production-ready environments, ensuring zero downtime during critical 2026 launches.
- Talent Cultivation: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison for C-suite executives and product divisions to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure). Experience with Generative AI models is highly desirable.
- Visionary Thinking: Ability to anticipate industry trends and integrate them into long-term technical strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to completion.
