Responsibilities
- Architect Core Systems: Design and implement high-performance, scalable backend architectures capable of processing exabytes of neural data.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers to pioneer self-healing AI systems and predictive maintenance protocols.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing) and integrate them into our current infrastructure to ensure longevity.
- Technical Strategy: Translate abstract future trends into concrete technical roadmaps and development milestones for the 2026 timeline.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest security standards for autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within high-scale tech environments.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust. Proven experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Strong background in Machine Learning pipelines and Neural Network optimization.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unsolved problems in real-time processing and data integrity.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
