Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design robust, high-performance system architectures that support future scalability and interoperability.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
- Establish best practices for coding, security, and deployment in a rapidly evolving tech stack.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct technical due diligence on third-party vendors and open-source projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong understanding of post-quantum cryptography.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
