Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling high-velocity agentic workflows.
- Lead the integration of emerging AI models, ensuring ethical governance and data privacy standards.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product and design leads to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct architectural reviews to mitigate risks and optimize performance at scale.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the AI or Future Tech sector.
- Deep expertise in System Design, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Microservices.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex, long-term projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
