Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning engineering goals with long-term business vision.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) into core products.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native environments ensuring zero downtime.
- Present technical strategies to stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines and large language model integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
