Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Spearhead the creation and execution of the company's strategic technology roadmap leading up to 2026.
- Predictive System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient systems capable of handling next-gen data loads and AI integration.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype breakthrough technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, neural networks) for immediate deployment.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of engineers and strategists, fostering an environment of continuous learning and high performance.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological bottlenecks and mitigate risks in the development lifecycle before they impact production.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts for executive leadership and present the 2026 vision to investors and partners.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and machine learning frameworks.
