Job Description
Are you ready to architect the digital landscape of the year 2026? Nexus Horizon Labs is seeking a visionary Future Systems Architect to lead our cutting-edge research into Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Quantum-Ready Infrastructure.
We are building the foundational layers of tomorrow's internet. In this role, you won't just be maintaining systems; you will be defining the protocols that will govern next-generation computing. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and scalable, resilient physical infrastructure.
Why join us? We offer competitive compensation, full remote flexibility, and the unique opportunity to shape the future of technology. If you are passionate about scalability, machine learning, and the next evolution of computing, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Frameworks: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Develop middleware that seamlessly integrates classical cloud computing with emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- System Scalability: Ensure all systems are built to withstand the explosive growth expected in the 2026 market, implementing microservices and containerization strategies.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of researchers in exploring novel algorithms that push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Cybersecurity Integration: Embed zero-trust security protocols directly into the architectural design of new platforms.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system bottlenecks and refactor codebases to ensure maximum efficiency and low latency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Systems Engineering.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and design systems that remain relevant for the next decade.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
