Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-availability systems for Project 2026 and related initiatives.
- Lead technical strategy sessions, defining long-term roadmaps for complex software ecosystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver breakthrough solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met across all development lifecycles.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Identify emerging technologies and integrate them into our existing infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
