Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and technical definition of the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with global industry standards.
- Architecture & Standards: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof system architectures that support emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing and Advanced AI.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies and evaluate their feasibility for immediate implementation.
- Compliance & Governance: Establish and enforce technical governance frameworks and compliance standards for the 2026 transition period.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, legal, and engineering teams to translate high-level futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and standards.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to research and implement cutting-edge technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
