Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling the complexity of 2026-era data models and AGI applications.
- Lead Research & Development: Conduct in-depth research into emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Autonomous Agents.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune pre-trained models to achieve superior performance in specific domains while minimizing latency and resource consumption.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with product managers to translate business objectives into technical strategies and AI product roadmaps.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all deployed models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, fairness standards, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning architectures, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
