Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for products launching in 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems.
- Integrate advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in automation and data analytics.
- Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) development for emerging technologies like Quantum Computing.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for code quality and security.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our tech stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Proven track record of designing systems for high availability and massive scale.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
