Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic systems with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 ecosystem integration
- Design scalable architectures for next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Partner with policy experts to navigate regulatory landscapes for emerging tech adoption
- Create predictive models for technology societal impact assessment
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in architecture or R&D leadership with proven future-tech implementation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published research in future studies or technology forecasting preferred
- Proficiency in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience with agile development for long-term innovation cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
