Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Computing
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Certification in quantum cryptography (IBM Qiskit/Google Cirq)
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks (IEEE 7000)
- Portfolio of deployed quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Security clearance for government-level projects
