Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 era, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Spatial Computing, and Quantum interfaces.
- Lead high-level R&D initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies before market deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current product architectures seamlessly.
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech thought leaders to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Define scalability strategies to handle next-generation data loads and complex processing requirements.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering leadership, or technical strategy.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Proven track record of driving innovation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex project lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable technical strategies.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
