Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and oversee the comprehensive technology roadmap leading up to and including the year 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and evaluate emerging tech trends such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and spatial computing for integration opportunities.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct in-depth technical feasibility assessments for experimental projects to ensure high ROI and low risk.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the internal R&D lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical visions into clear strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
- Talent Development: Mentor high-potential engineers and architects in emerging technologies and future-forward methodologies.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor technology stacks and future market shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging technology trends before they become mainstream.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of cloud architectures, AI/ML pipelines, and next-gen hardware integration.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with innovative, scalable solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
