Responsibilities

- Develop proof-of-concepts for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire promising startups
- Present strategic blueprints to executive stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior researchers in future tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in senior technology architecture or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining innovations
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future technologies
- Experience with technology horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Strong network with academic and industry innovation ecosystems
