The Opportunity:

Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable architecture for next-gen AI and autonomous systems.
- Lead the integration of quantum-resistant cryptographic standards into core product infrastructure.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite and beyond.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and performance stress testing to ensure system resilience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate abstract requirements into precise technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI, distributed systems, or quantum computing.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural network architecture, and large language models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Rust, Python, and quantum computing simulation tools (e.g., Q# or Cirq).
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles, zero-trust architectures, and data privacy regulations.
- Experience leading teams through rapid prototyping, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
