Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and articulate the long-term technical roadmap for the company's AI and Quantum computing initiatives.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures that support future-proof data processing needs.
- Technology Forecasting: Monitor emerging trends (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, AGI) and evaluate their potential integration into our core products.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product management, engineering, and design teams to translate high-level strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Prototyping & Validation: Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for investors and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Foresight: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt strategic plans accordingly.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
- Innovation: A portfolio or history of contributing to open-source projects or industry-leading research.
