Responsibilities
- Architect scalable tech ecosystems for 2026+ adoption across enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid solutions
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging technologies (biotech, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Create strategic roadmaps for blockchain-based supply chain transformations
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor junior architects in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or distributed systems
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale digital transformations
- Published research or patents in future technologies (2018-2023)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, IEEE 7000)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
