Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, ensuring our products remain ahead of the curve in the 2026 landscape.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable distributed systems capable of handling next-gen workloads and real-time data processing.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into quantum algorithms and neural interfaces, translating theoretical concepts into production-ready prototypes.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, mentoring junior engineers and senior architects alike.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards and architectural best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability across all projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems.
- Emerging Tech: Proven track record of implementing or researching AI/ML, Quantum Computing, or Edge Computing solutions.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges with elegant, efficient solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
