Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Lead the Research and Development (R&D) division, focusing on AI, Quantum Readiness, and Web3 integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into scalable architectural blueprints.
- Identify emerging market trends and assess their potential impact on our current product suite.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee budget allocation for experimental projects and emerging tech acquisitions.
- Present quarterly innovation reviews to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, engineering, or product strategy.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Next-Gen Cloud Computing.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts up to 5 years out.
- Strong leadership background, demonstrated ability to manage large, diverse teams.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterβs preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
