Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic Horizon 2026 technology roadmap and architectural vision.
- Design scalable, cloud-native infrastructure capable of supporting high-growth applications.
- Lead the integration and optimization of generative AI and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Oversee code quality, security standards, and system reliability across all projects.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or engineering leadership.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and data engineering pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
