Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of supporting next-generation workloads.
- Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for experimental technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Build and mentor a team of forward-thinking engineers and researchers.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations or major product launches.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and its business applications.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on future-proofing solutions.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
