Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the company's 2026 goals, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D initiatives to explore emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams, foster a culture of innovation, and drive best practices in software architecture and design.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for ambitious technical projects.
- Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of major product launches, ensuring milestones are met with high-quality standards.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with academic institutions and industry leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or strategic leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and machine learning frameworks.
