Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends and technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to integrate into our core architecture by 2026.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of complex system architectures that can handle exponential data growth and user demand.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for cutting-edge technologies to validate feasibility before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineering leads, and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into technical execution plans.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements for future tech ecosystems.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or CTO-level capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Future Tech Focus: Proven track record of analyzing and integrating emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 era (e.g., Generative AI, Edge AI, Advanced Blockchain).
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to forecast industry shifts and align technical roadmaps with long-term business objectives.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
