Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, Edge Computing, and Next-Gen Web Protocols.
- Design scalable, high-performance architecture that can withstand the demands of future growth.
- Collaborate with product management and design to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and system reliability.
- Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Machine Learning, Data Pipelines, or AI infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage technical debt and drive architectural evolution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
