Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Lead the strategic roadmap for technology adoption, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech to prepare for the 2026 landscape.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business goals into long-term technical strategies, ensuring alignment with the 2026 corporate vision.
- R&D Oversight: Guide the Research & Development department in prioritizing high-impact projects that will define our market position in 2026.
- Talent & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation and foresight, mentoring technical teams to think beyond current constraints.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global technology shifts to ensure Apex Horizon remains a market leader in the upcoming decade.
Qualifications
- Strategic Foresight: Extensive experience in technology strategy, with a proven ability to forecast industry trends and implement them effectively.
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior strategic or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
