As a Future Tech Architect, you will bridge the gap between today's agile development and tomorrow's breakthrough innovations. You will be responsible for identifying emerging technologiesâsuch as advanced AI, quantum computing, and next-gen cloud infrastructuresâand integrating them into our core ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 roadmap, identifying key technology trends and potential disruptions.
- System Design: Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems architecture that can handle future growth and complexity.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and validate emerging technologies to determine their viability for integration into production environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and business units to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Risk Management: Assess technical risks associated with new technologies and implement mitigation strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to optimize system performance, latency, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterâs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture and engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Emerging Tech: Demonstrated experience or research interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Proven track record of working in agile environments and delivering high-quality software at scale.
