Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI and autonomous agents.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems designed for the future.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration of next-gen LLMs and generative AI into our core infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI and responsible technology deployment.
- Provide technical mentorship to senior engineers and architects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Future Tech domains.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, distributed systems, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and the potential of Quantum Computing for 2026 and beyond.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
