Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the technical vision for integrating emerging technologies such as Quantum Readiness, Generative AI, and Edge Computing.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive analysis to recommend technology pivots.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or cloud engineering.
- Proven expertise in designing distributed systems for high availability and low latency.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and modern data engineering stacks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence technical decisions across a large organization.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
