Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for Nexus Horizon leading into 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AGI integration, quantum-safe cryptography, spatial interfaces) and assess their viability for enterprise implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable systems that can withstand the technological shifts of the coming years.
- Establish partnerships with key tech innovators and thought leaders in the AI and hardware sectors.
- Drive the adoption of future-forward frameworks and methodologies within the engineering teams.
- Provide thought leadership through white papers, patents, and industry speaking engagements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering leadership, or product strategy within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to anticipate industry trends 3-5 years in advance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) or AI Strategy are highly desirable.
