Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for the company's 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, R&D) to integrate futuristic tech stacks into current operations.
- Conduct deep-dive research on predictive analytics, autonomous systems, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Oversee the proof-of-concept phase for high-risk, high-reward technology investments.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Monitor global tech trends to forecast industry shifts and competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and defining long-term technical roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Edge Computing, and Quantum algorithms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market trends and technological capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
