Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for future tech stacks, identifying emerging trends in AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing to ensure Chronos Systems remains at the forefront.
- Architect Scalable Infrastructure: Design and implement robust, cloud-native architectures capable of handling exponential data growth and real-time processing demands.
- Lead AI Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions into core business processes, ensuring efficiency and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous security protocols and ensure all future tech implementations meet global compliance standards.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to think long-term and align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
