Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex system architectures for AI and Quantum integration.
- Define technical roadmaps and standards for the '2026 Vision' product suite.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies like Neural Interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate concepts into scalable code.
- Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and security protocols across distributed systems.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems engineering.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and/or Quantum Computing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
