What You Will Do:
- Lead the end-to-end definition of the technology roadmap for the 2026 strategic period.
- Design scalable, secure, and future-proof architectures for AI-driven applications.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge Computing) for early adoption.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical execution plans.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, high-performance cloud environments.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Communicate complex technical visions to stakeholders and investors.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or AI research.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in strategic planning and long-term vision setting.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
