Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning technology strategy with business goals.
- Lead high-level research into emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Quantum) to identify viable product opportunities.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and platforms to enhance our technical stack.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversee the architectural integrity of our core systems to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong background in AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
