Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance technology architectures tailored for 2026 standards.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technical vision and 3-year roadmap for our core product lines.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our existing ecosystem.
- System Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and increase system throughput across global infrastructures.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a diverse team of engineers and developers in best practices for future-proof coding and architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, containerization (Docker/K8s), and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
