Responsibilities
- Architect and design hybrid AI-Quantum systems for next-gen computing.
- Define the technical roadmap and strategic vision for technology adoption through 2026 and beyond.
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping advanced algorithms and neural networks.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
- Ensure ethical standards and safety protocols are upheld in all AI development processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or System Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Deep understanding of Quantum Computing principles and current hardware limitations.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in Python, C++, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
