Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for Horizon 2026, aligning AI integration with core business goals.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Research and evaluate cutting-edge technologies (GenAI, Quantum Readiness, Neuro-tech) to prepare for the 2026 landscape.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors and executive leadership.
- R&D Oversight: Oversee proof-of-concept projects to validate new technological hypotheses before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and prepare infrastructure for future shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
